

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, we will consider returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is submitted within 14 business days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided

The product was not purchased on sale, clearance, or as part of a promotional bundle
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage will be denied and not refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

Opened or used products

Bath, body, skincare, soap, oil, tea, or wellness items

Custom or made-to-order products

Digital products or downloads

Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for resolution, you must provide:

Clear photos of the product

Clear photos of the shipping box and label
Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit:

You must file a claim with the carrier

We will assist with documentation upon request
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in lost packages and is not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
