Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY By enrolling in coaching or training services with Key of Essence LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session. Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in a $25 no-show / late cancellation fee for that session. This fee is applied to compensate for reserved time, preparation, and lost availability that could have been given to another client. The fee applies regardless of reason, except in documented emergencies, at the discretion of the coach. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services without refund. Clients understand that scheduled session time is a commitment and agree to show up prepared, on time, and ready to participate. By booking services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this policy. OPTIONAL ONE-LINE VERSION (for booking pages / checkboxes) I understand that sessions require 48 hours’ notice to cancel and that missed sessions or late cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.
